Cancellations & Refunds Policy
By making a reservation through Pristine Yachting you accept and agree to this cancellation policy, and to any additional terms and conditions of the Lessor that may apply to your rental, including services or/and products offered by the Lessor.
Please note that some rentals are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the rental details for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. We recommend that you read this cancellation policy of any additional terms and conditions of the Lessor prior to making your rental and remember to make further payments on time.
If there is a late arrival on the day of check-in, or an arrival on the next day, you must inform the Lessor (in a timely / prompt manner) so that they will know when they can expect you and avoid cancellation of Yacht Reservation or no-show charges. Pristine Yachting can assist you in notifying Lessors. Pristine Yachting accepts no responsibility for the consequences of late arrival or cancellation, or the non-arrival cost charged by the Lessor.
Cooling Off
In line with the UK`s Consumer Protection Regime you are entitled to withdraw from the charter agreement before the start of the voyage without giving reasons by written declaration. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to pay 50% of the charter fee and in the event of withdrawal within 45 days before the beginning of the charter 100% of the charter fee.
Cancellations by you
Reservations may be cancelled (without a prior notice) if the remaining rental amount is not paid until the due date communicated in Pristine Yachting`s reservation confirmation email. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are Customer’s responsibility, and the Customer is not entitled to any refund of the prepaid amount unless the Lessor agrees otherwise.
Changes
All information posted on the website is advertising information and prepared in advance, some conditions may be subject to alteration. Changes may be made before you make a booking.
Pristine Yachting reserves the right to make changes should they become necessary to the booking of the voyage. In these circumstances, we will notify you of such changes prior to confirming your booking.
If major changes that might affect your booking are made after your booking, you will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible in order to allow you to take the appropriate action, in particular to withdraw from the booking, without penalty or to accept an alternative booking.
Cancellations by us
Pristine Yachting reserves the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances. If we cancel your booking, you will be offered a refund or can arrange an alternative date, if available and possible.
Security Deposit
Upon entering into a Charter Agreement, you agree to deposit with Lessor, the amount specified as a security deposit in the Charter Agreement (“Security Deposit”). The Security Deposit shall be retained by Lessor and may be applied by Lessor, to the extent necessary, to pay and cover any loss, cost, damage or expense, or fees, sustained by Lessor from your failure to comply with any provisions, covenant or arrangement contained in Charter Agreement. Pristine Yachting has no influence on how the Lessor may use your deposit and does not accept any deposit payments.
